South Fork School District – REVISED TAX ESTIMATE

In 2023, properties in the South Fork School district had an error on their levy resulting in a higher tax rate which caused the South Fork School district to issue refunds to tax payers within their district.  

The tax notices sent out for 2024 use the prior year tax rate to generate the estimated taxes for 2023 payable in 2024.  Since the 2023 rate was not correct, the 2024 assessment notices calculated higher estimated taxes than what will be final.  Below are the parcel numbers in the south fork school district.
